The Lakehouse is on a peninsula with water on 3 sides, a private Sandy beach on the no wake side - walkout lower level. Completely renovated, in 2024, fresh, modern, open concept.
Down the street is Main Street Hell , Michigan with shops, pubs, miniature golf and canoe rentals . Ann Arbor is 22 miles away, 30 minute drive.
In addition to the master bedroom with a queen, there is an extra large bedroom with 2 bunk beds (doubles on bottom, twin on top with ladders).
Also a large basement room with tv and fireplace, 2 blow up queen mattresses with new cotton sheets and comforters and blankets.

Summary: This is a very lovely lot & cottage! Lots of seating & right on the water! Plus a beach for kids to play! Only drawback was there’s only one window air conditioner to cool two bedrooms, living room & kitchen. It was a hot spell when we were there. The basement living area was cool to sleep in.
